Job Description
HK listed China state-owned multinational company with business focus in asset management and international logistics service provider with 100 staff in Hong Kong office – is looking for a CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Management or related disciplines
- Holder of CFA, CPA or equivalent professional qualifications is preferably but not a mus
- At least 5 years' working experience in corporate banking or corporate finance
- Experience in review of legal documents and financing modelling is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Work in Financing Team of 6 members
- Report to the Head of Financing Team
- Constantly maintain close working relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Keep abreast of different financing products in the market, funding costs and financing market news
- Review loan structures and strategies timely in order to provide flexibility and financial support to company operation
- Take charge of the budgeting control and finance costs monitoring for the Company
- Handle loan administration, loan compliance and risk management duties in relation to financing function
- Prepare and coordinate a wide range of internal reports
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + attractive annual bonus
