Responsibilities:

1)    Handle Inventory invoices processing and checking up;

2)    Responsible for invoices daily operations and price checking up;

3)    Prepare monthly management and financial reports, operation flow review;

4)    Assist in reviewing and monitoring inventory internal control procedures;

5)    Assist part of the accounts receivable duties such as contacting client, prepare aging reports;

6)    Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

1)    Diploma holder in Accountancy;

2)    Interested in computer knowledge;

3)    Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in preparing business/financial reports, preferably
       in Retail/Wholesale industries;

4)    Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility to work under pressure
       to meet reporting deadline;

5)    Good computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Word.

6)    Member of ACCA/HKICPA is preferred;

7)    Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:10 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)
