Responsibilities:                                                                         

• Report to Group CFO                                                                
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statement, budgets, cash flow forecast, variance analysis and schedules                                                                
• Handle the annual audits, and the preparation of interim and annual reports, in compliance with HKFRS
• Assist the company secretary matters                                                                         
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting as well as variance analysis and tax planning        
• Manage and coordinate tax filings for group companies      
• Lead and review the work of the subsidiaries                                      
• Enhance and implement internal control procedures                                           
• Liaise with external auditors, government authority, bankers and other professional bodies                                                               
• Handle ad-hoc assignments                                                                        

Requirements:                                                                 

• Qualified accountant with university degree in Accounting/Finance or business related discipline                                                               
• At least 10 years’ solid relevant experience, preferably with listed company, of which at least 5 years in similar position           
• Proficiency in PC skills especially MS Excel (advanced level), knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing                       
• Big 4 experiences will be an advantage       
• Excellent knowledge in Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code                       
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules                                                               
• Proficient in English and Chinese                                                                        
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and good communication skills   
• Able to work under tight schedule independently
• Willing to travel occasionally                                                                      
• Immediate available is highly preferred
