Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of accounting staff to ensure timeliness, completeness, accuracy in respect of month end closing, preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis as well as financial reports to the board of directors.

- Lead the overall coordination for the annual audit and interim review and closely communicated with auditors, and ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.

- Review various analysis prepared by the finance team and ensure the accuracy of the calculations.

- Responsible for all the statutory reporting and tax computations for offshore companies, and ensure the timely submission of tax return to the Inland Revenue Department.

- Ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures.

- Assist the Investor Relations team to respond various investment bank’s equity analysts, and ensure data consistency and avoid violations to the Listing Rules.

- Coordinate with various professional parties to perform financial and tax due diligence, legal due diligence and asset valuations.

- Assist the Group to issue convertible bonds, including reviewing terms and conditions of the bond issuance documents, preparing the announcements and circular and the listing document in relation to the convertible bonds.

- Perform ad-hoc projects or assignments as required.

Requirements

- University degree holder in Finance and Accounting with CPA qualification

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Big 4 or international professional firms

- Well understanding about the PRC accounting standard, taxation and government rules & regulations

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Energetic, mature, independent and able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Excel)

- Candidate with less experience may be consider as Finance Manager
