Responsibilities: 

• Setup, manage and monitor compliance permanent control of the compliance function for regional office
• Provide a consolidated view of the results on those missions performed by the Regulators and Inspection Generale and incidents related to Regulators and Compliance
• Aggregate and report Compliance risks, specific issues and mitigation plans
• Contribute to Regional Compliance Committees and/or Control and Risk Management matters
• Deploy Regional Compliance policies and methodologies related to Control & Risk Management matters

Requirements:

• Master degree
• At least 6 years' experience in compliance control and risk in banking and finance industry, familiar with insurance industry preferably
• General knowledge of audit, risk, internal control and compliance issues and challenges specific to the environment
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory framework and its evolution
• Knowledge of bank and insurance environment
• Strong organizational, analytical & time management skills, very good attention to details
• Flexible, resilient under pressure and decisive with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to work positively in a small team
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
