Responsibilities

- Responsible for consolidated financial statement and monthly management accounts and related reports

- Prepare interim and annual published reports;

- Prepare annual budgeting/forecast, management reports and presentation materials;

- Review internal control of accounting system;

- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors and financial advisors as well as company secretarial and corporate finance departments for the statutory reporting and public announcements to ensure compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and requirements;

- Co-ordinate the annual audit work for operation units and HK Head office; and

- Support ad hoc projects such as merger & acquisition, bond issue and major business transactions.

Requirements

- Degree holder in an international recognized University;

- A member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, at least 2 years with Big 4 / large audit firm / listed company;

- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills;

- Analytical and with good organizing capabilities;

- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;

- Proficiency in Putonghua;
