Requirements:

• Degree and/or professional qualifications in Finance or related disciplines;
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in direct investment with private equity funds, fund of funds, institutional investor, or similar entity;
• Portfolio management experience is a must;
• Strong practical experience in structuring, negotiating and monitoring fund investments and direct co-investment transaction;
• Strong understanding of and experienced in building financial models for valuations and financial returns analysis;
• Highly motivated and strong work ethic;
• Proactive self-starter, with proven ability to and bring deals to completion;
• Sound business judgment, problem solving and commercial instincts;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required, including a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently with good presentation skills;
• Have good understanding of the regulatory environment and procedure in Hong Kong and China;
• SFC license holder Type 4 & 9 activities and qualified as Responsible Officer.
