Our client, consulting firm, is looking for Chief Financiel Officer who can responsible for Consolidated balance sheet & Consolidated Audit. Please check follows for more details.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial planning and management, cash flow management, tax planning and budgeting, assessment and financial analysis
• Responsible for Consolidated balance sheet and Consolidated Audit
• Act as financial advisor to the subsidiaries
• Support the Management in formulating, managing and monitoring the Company's tactical initiatives, implementing strategic business plans, financial and tax strategies, and performance measures to support the strategic direction
• Set up and review financial policies and systems for the enhancement of management efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure all statutory reporting, corporate governance and compliance requirements are met through financial controls and reporting policies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or ACCA certification, CPA holder is preferred
• Total more than 7 years of relevant experience and with Big 4 accounting firm background preferred
• Familiar with Consolidated balance sheet and Consolidated Audit
• Knowledgeable with accounting standards and taxation rules in HK
• Hardworking, pro-active, analytical, problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Japanese is a plus
