Job Responsibilities:-

1. Perform daily Accounts Receivable functions
2. Ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner
3. Following overdue balances with Customers
4. Send Monthly Statement & reminding letter to customers
5. To follow up customers’ enquiries and disputes
6. Assist on month end closing

 Requirements:-

1. Form 5 graduate or above
2. 2-3 years’ practical experience or above in A/C Receivable with good phone manner
3. Proficient in MS Word & Excel,  SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage
4. Good communication & interpersonal skill with phone manner
   
5. Command of written English & Chinese
   
6. Self-Motivated, Team Player, organized, multi-tasks, able to meet tight deadline & work under pressure
   
7. Immediate available preferred
