Job Description
Responsible:
- Handle full spectrum of office administration duties
- System data update and filing
- Prepare PO, invoicing, payment record
- Make sure the daily operations are performed properly
- Provide function including the purchasing & inventory management
- Handle the ad hoc project as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 / F.7 / Diploma holder, Accounting studies will be an advantage
- 1 - 2 years working experience, at least 1 year clerical working experiences
- Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English
- Good computer skills in MS office, and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work independently and under pressure, detail minded and well organized
