Job Description
Overall purpose of job:
Too effectively support all accounts associated activity in terms of accounts payable and receivable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with reservations team to ensure timely maintenance of pricing into system and invoicing to clients
- Maintenance of rate sheets for clients and suppliers
- Perform debt collection and accounts receivable reports
- Responsible for supplier payments and banking matter
- Handle team administration & perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Candidate Profile:
- Degree of accounting or administration discipline
- Detail-oriented, well organized, good communications skills, and be a good team player
- Computer literacy, proficient in Word, Excel and hands on accounting software experience
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, good Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
