Job Description

Overall purpose of job:

Too effectively support all accounts associated activity in terms of accounts payable and receivable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with reservations team to ensure timely maintenance of pricing into system and invoicing to clients
  • Maintenance of rate sheets for clients and suppliers
  • Perform debt collection and accounts receivable reports
  • Responsible for supplier payments and banking matter
  • Handle team administration & perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree of accounting or administration discipline
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, good communications skills, and be a good team player
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Word, Excel and hands on accounting software experience
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, good Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
