Responsibilities:

• Assist in the account opening, changing signatories and all bank-related administration tasks.
• Manage cash position for different markets.
• Manage local finance managers to complete submission of reports
• Check and verify bank transfer instructions for management’s approval.
• Maintain records of bank details, bank covenants, deposits, loans and guarantees.
• Resolve problems from other BUs regarding bank transactions.
• Assist in other ad-hoc corporate projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any subject from University ( Finance / Accounting is preferred)
• Welcome fresh graduate/ final year /current student
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Familiar with Excel, word and PowerPoint
• Administration skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated at work
• Can work 3 days per week
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
