The Job:

• Responsible for journal entries, data input, process invoices, expense claim forms, accounts reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, budget and forecast
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in preparing accounting entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• LCCI level 2 or above
• Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Attentive to details and willing to learn
• Able to work well in a team environment
