RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the Company Ownership, and advise them on any matters related to finance, accounting, taxation and company secretarial
• Provide various internal stakeholders with pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant financial reports that includes but not limited to variance analysis, costing analysis, forecasting & budgeting as well as KPI tracking on business performances
• Supervise the day-to-day accounting and finance operations and to maintain the general ledger including timely closing of the books every month
• Prepare and review the financial and management accounts and to follow up related accounting records in compliance with local law, Finance Policies and Procedures
• Oversee monthly financial accounts performance, including cash flow management, credit control etc., and to maintain fixed assets register in an appropriate and accurate manner
• Manage the Company’s Foreign Exchange Exposure
• Act as the Key Contact with external Services Providers, including but not limited to banks, lawyers, taxation consultants & external auditors
• Review current policies & processes to implement appropriate changes necessary for efficiency improvement
• Setting business targets & KPI for each financial year and various business projects
• Coach, motivate & lead a finance team to perform the assigned accounting & finance duties
  
  

EXPERIENCES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Qualified Accountant with combination of external audit & in-house accounting experiences
• Well acquainted with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards & taxation regulations
• Experience with any Financial or ERP systems would be preferable
• Experience working for Listed Company would be an asset
• Good spoken & written English & Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive with strong business acumen
• Travel to overseas when required occasionally
