JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle the A/P and T&E claims for HK office and Singapore and Malaysia (retail stores)
• Handle Account Receivable for inter-companies and outside customers
• Perform the AR reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports
• Ensure proper internal control in place by following company policy and procedures
• Assist any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Report directly to Senior Finance Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree holder in finance or accounting preferred
• With relevant accountancy qualification
• At least 3 years’ working experience with solid finance & accounting experience in Multinational or sizeable companies
• Hands-on experiences of SAP system
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
• Practical experience in Apparel business will be an advantage
• Self-initiative & good interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available – highly preferred
