Job Description
- Degree holder with any professional qualification in HKICPA/CFA/ICSA etc. is preferred
- Experience to manage all financial issues including listing rules & regulations, M&A projects to comply with company's development
- Good leadership skills to lead the staff team to handle & response to HKEX, and annual audit on schedules
- Good command of both English & Cantonese, Mandarin is required
