Responsibilities 责任:

• Assist to handle accounting and finance duties of the Group 协助处理集团的会计及财务工作；
• Assist to prepare consolidated financial statements of the Group 协助编制集团合并财务报表；
• Assist to liaise with regulators and external audit firms and/or specialists 协助与监管机关及外部审计师及/或专家联系；
• Analyse financial performance of the Group and competitors 分析集团及竞争对手的财务表现；
• Assist to prepare budget and forecast 协助编制预算和预测
• Other ad-hoc support upon request 其他交付的任务。

Requirements 要求:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Tax, with qualified accountant 财务、会计或税务专业大学本科以上学历，具有会计师资格；
• At least 3-5 years post-qualified experience including at least 1-2 years of in-house experience 至少有3-5年以上的相关工作经验包括1-2年的企业工作经验；
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China accounting standard and tax regulation preferred 熟悉香港与中国的会计标准及税务条例优先考虑；
• Familiar with Hong Kong listing rules and regulation preferred 熟悉香港上市条例及规例优先考虑；
• Solid experience in a Big 4 accounting firm 拥有四大会计师事务所工作经验；
• Solid experience in a sizable listed company 拥有中大型上市公司工作经验；
• Excellent communication skills 良好沟通技巧；
• A good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua 具备优良中英文书写能力及能操流利普通话、粤语及英语；
• Travelling to China is required 需到中国出差；
• Immediately available preferred 能即时上班者优先考虑。
