Job duties

To ensure compliance and reasonableness of costs in procurement requests includes:

• Review procurement requests to ensure:
• comply with internal procurement policy and procedures;
• reasonableness of cost drivers and quantum of spending with reference to prevailing market information and
• meeting budget

• Provide advices to the management to drive costs optimization by:
• analyzing cost items to identify key cost drivers and yardstick against market trend and
• analyzing usage quantum

• Participate in implementing an electronic automated procurement system

• Participate in budgeting process

  Requirements

• Degree holder with Finance, Business, Quality Survey or related disciplines
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in real estate / property management / developer field in operating / construction cost analysis, procurement or internal audit functions
• Abreast of detailed market quantum of costs in relation to property management and construction
• Detailed and mathematical minded with good logical thinking
• Experience in electronic automated procurement system
• Good communication skills
• Fast pace with good business acumen
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Cost Analyst
