Job Responsibilities
- Handle general accounting & administrative duties
- Handle full sets of accounts independently
- Prepare payment arrangement, bookkeeping data entry, vouchers and filing
- Routine banking; Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, schedule and reports on timely basis
- Liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff on payroll, MPF, and medical insurance
- Handle stock inventory and fixed assets reporting
- Assist in other ad-hoc job projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences with full-set accounts handling, preferably with School Accounting experience
- Diploma level or above in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
- Knowledge in Oracle Accounting Software preferred
- Familiar with PC skills in MS Words and Excel and Chinese Typing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, responsible, proactive and a good listener
- Immediately available is highly preferred

Company Info
Parkview International Pre-School, Kowloon, was founded in 2007. It is the third PIPS kindergarten in Hong Kong. The first branch was established in 1989 on Hong Kong Island.
From a small enrolment the school has grown to having over 300 children from 2-6 years, plus a playgroup of 144 children aged from 1-2 years.
2 language streams are offered and all classes are taught by an English teacher and a Chinese (Putonghua or Cantonese) teacher working together, teaching their languages through an authentic immersion model.
In June 2016 PIPS became an authorized IB World School, teaching the PYP curriculum
