Job Duties:

•  Lead the operations of accounting team, around 2-3 people

•  Prepare financial & management analysis and full set of accounts

•  Supervise subsidiaries and subordinates to handle accounting duties and reports

•  Assist in year-end and month-end closing process

•  Establish and monitor accounting system and internal control procedures

•  Liaison with auditors for statutory audit and tax filing

•  Prepare group financial reports; cost and management reports/analysis; annual budget, cash flow forecasts on timely basis

•  Perform ad hoc assignment as required

• •  Manage the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures and ensure their compliance with international, national standards and best practices

•  Assist in the implementation of internal controls

•  Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in accounting or equivalent; Associate of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications

•  Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in accounting industry; at least 2 years’ experience in audit firm

•  Past exposure in PRC business and accounting matters is a definite advantage

•  Proficient in MS Office and Experience in Flex Accounting system is preferred

•  Able to work independently, good analytical and problem solving skills

•  A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

•  Immediate available is preferred
