Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers
  • Company secretarial duties including preparation of minutes, resolutions and statutory documents for HK and offshore companies
  • Arrange filing of the statutory documents with the Companies Registry, Inland Revenue Department and other government of authorities 
  • Provide clerical support to assigned departments
  • Perform daily general accounting duties
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Secretary experience with accounting knowledge  
  • MS Office Application proficient
  • With good communication and team work skills
  • Self-motivated, independent & ability to complete multi-task 
  • Immediately available preferred
