Responsibilities

• Research and monitor the Investment Portfolios especially in high-tech, Fin-tech and electronic sectors
• Evaluate and conduct Due diligence of target acquisition companies
• Manage financial operation on the project company
• Assist with preparing investment reports and conduct investors’ meetings
• Develop knowledge and training on technology industry
• Arrange IPO, trade-sale and other M&A for the project

Requirements

• Private equity investment preferred experience required
• Technology (Fin-tech, high-tech & electronics) segment knowledge is preferred
• Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
• Proven management and operational experience in the relevant industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hard working, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficiency in computer applications
