Responsibilities

• Leading role in execution of transactions including performance of due diligence exercise, liaison with regulators and other professional parties and supervise of documentation drafting.
• Formulate and lead Macau accounting team to perform daily accounting operation
• Prepare various analysis reports and schedules within the group deadline
• Handle the audit, taxation and labour matters in Macau
• Assist in ad hoc project and liaising with all relevant parties
• Provide financial information to management and business partners timely
• Provide training and guidance to staff in the department
• Station in Macau office is required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in international audit firm with at least 3 years supervisory experience in listed company
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau accounting and tax systems
• Solid group level reporting experience and strong consolidation skill is a must
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Macau ID is definitely an advantage 
• Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin
