Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration, customer services and marketing support.
- Responsible for daily office administration duties.
- Participate in the organization of Seminar / company function, and business travel arrangement.
- Organize, maintain and update the reports, records and filing systems.
- Perform Receptionist duties.
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- With 1+ years administrative and marketing working experience
- Independent, Well-organized, Out-going with detail minded, responsible and self-initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Interest / knowledge of internet, online marketing solutions an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
