Job duties:

• Achieving monthly sales target for the team and implementing strategies to increase target sales revenue;
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding customer base in order to achieve sales target in a competitive environment;
• Following up orders and liaising with customers independently; 
• Supervising and monitoring performance of store managers and promoters in stores;
• Oversee the daily operations of own retail stores including but not limited to inventory control, staff roster, in store displays, store maintenance and customer services;
• Responsible for new retail store development;
• Preparing strategic plan, producing sales forecasts and working with marketing team to achieve the targets; and
• Handling ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• A minimum of 1 year's solid store operations and supervision experience in the retail industry
• Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Immediate available is preferred
