Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial and accounting management of the company’s overseas projects including financial reporting and cash flow projection
• Assist in performing financial due diligence assignment for overseas acquisitions
• Liaise with auditors to ensure the compliance with relevant rules and regulations required by regulations
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting
• A qualified member of professional bodies such as ACCA or HKICPA
• Minimum 3 years accounting and/or auditing experience
• Familiar with HKFRS plus knowledge of other GAAP
• Hands-on experience in overseas project is preferred
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn, responsible, self-initiative, strong analytical mind, attentive to details, good interpersonal and communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
