AVP, Finance & Accounting - Securities Brokerage/Investment Banking 

JOB PURPOSE

• Provide support for financial reporting and management reporting; handle full set of accounts including month-end closing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare listing documents and financial statements after listing
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis for senior management’s review
• Prepare various returns for PRC reporting purpose
• Prepare FRR reporting, Financial Reporting 
• Assist annual audit and tax filing
• Liaise with relevant parties for fund related issues
• Handle month-end/year-end process
• Compute AE commission rebate

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy and HKICPA or equivalent
• at 3years' practical experience in financial service industry and 3 years’ audit experience in big 4 ( must required) 
• Capable of preparing financial reports , management reports, cash flow statements
• Knowledgeable in accounting technical issues, , listing rules and Hong Kong tax law
• A good team player and able to deal with colleagues from different department; strong analytical & communication skills, and good attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
