Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the project to ensure the fulfillment of required quality standards, budget cost and time frame
• Responsible for preparing report, analysis and ad hoc work task as required
• Site supervision and quality control, co-ordination, payment evaluation and final accounts settlement
• Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma with at least 6 years’ relevant experience
• Hardworking, strong problem solving skills with customer oriented service attitude
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese(Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required
