Key Responsibilities

• Handle general accounting functions including day to day operations
• Handle customer/vendor settlement
• Monitor and maintain general ledger, Account Receivable, Account Payable ; cash inflow and outflow 
• Perform daily accounting routines such as handling invoices, payments,receipts & posting
• Perform month end financial accounting and control procedures­ including month end closings
• Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Non-Degree Tertiary, or Technical College or Vocational Training Council in Accounting or other business related disciplines
• Relevant working experience would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Excel, Word and MYOB
• Mature, self-motivated, hard-working, responsible and able to work under pressure
