Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Mainly perform sales audit and reconciliation of retail stores and department stores in South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Australia)
- Responsible account receivable settlement and voucher preparation
- Check and reconcile the customer deposit, credit note and gift vouchers
- Handle inter-company reconciliation and prepare inter-company debit/credit note and interco-company reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly cashflow forecast and audit schedule
- Update stock adjustment and assist in ad hoc assignment as required
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma or above in Accountancy
- 5 years relevant accounting working experience
- Hands-on experiences of SAP system is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel
- Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of South East Asia VAT/GST system is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
