Duties:

• Daily Accounts Department job;
  
  
• Closely monitoring the payment certificate from customer;
  
  
• In charge of collection, which include follow-up with customers on payments;
  

• Full set of Accounting; and
  
  
• Other related duties assigned from time to time.

Requires:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
  
  
• At least 2-year experiences in Accounting field
  
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and basic Mandarin
  
  
• Proficient in Full set of Accounting, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
  
  
• Proficient in Sage50 (Peach Tree) preferred
  
  
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized
