Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Support the processes of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Schedule recurring reviews with business / functions and communicating various process overviews and deliverable dates.
• Assist in managing financial models for calculation of targets, consolidation of income statement, balance sheet, complement elements, and submission into the Corporate systems
• Prepare templates and summaries to assist in review discussions and analysis of submissions.
• Schedule and run forecast reviews
• Manage and maintain up-to-date revenue commentary and modeling for each cycle
• Support all revenue reporting (daily and weekly as required) throughout the quarter including QTD assessments at any given time
  
• Manage close activities including review of financials and summarizing variance analysis, and impact on future periods
• Assist in preparation of Excel templates and PowerPoint presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews and various other business reviews
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling as required in a clear, accurate and timely manner.
• Consistently review FP&A processes and procedures, and propose changes or additions to continuously standardize and optimize work done at BU and Regional levels.
• Work on special requests, projects, and financial presentations for management as required.
• University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance related discipline with at least 2 years experience in large audit firm or multinational environment
• Qualified CPA, CFA is preferred 
• Must have experience in SAP and proficiency in Excel Macro
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Willing to work extra mile to achieve excellence
