Job Responsibilities

l Oversee Hong Kong accounting function and day to day operations, supervise HK and work closely with PRC accounting team

l Prepare and analysis financial reports

l Responsible for the Group internal control and cash flow management

l Handle full set of accountsand in charge of audit work

l Responsible for payroll and commission calculation

l Liaise with external auditors and bankers and assist in ad hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

l University graduate with degree in Finance or Accounting or qualified accountant preferred, but not a must

l At least 5 years of Trading / Manufacturing experience in Jewellery industry is preferred

l Solid experience in cash flow management and knowledge with banking facilities preferred

l Experience in payroll and commission calculation, knowledge in ERP and Dynamic AX are definite advantages

l Experience in company secretary is a plus

l Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills, independent, proactive, responsible and able to meet tight deadline

l Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

l Occasional travel to China is required

l Short notice is highly preferred

l Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
