Summary:

We are a seasoned consulting firm and asset manager with tracked success in Greater China market. Due to business expansion, we are now urgently seeking ajunior level financial and account role mainly responsible for handling full set of books and month end closing, preparation of journal entry and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing full set of accounts
• Responsible for daily accounting operation, such as cheque issues, invoice checking, prepare vouchers, data inputs and filing
• Handle daily transactions of payments
• Others ad hoc role to be assign by Assistant Finance Manager and Financial Analyst

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with Diploma in Accounting or related discipline is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Detail minded and capable of learning
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal & communication skills (Cantonese, English & Mandarin)
• Work in Central District
• Immediate available is preferred

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
