Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting duties including preparation of cheques and invoices, payroll calculation, e-banking transactions and handling petty cash
- Prepare monthly income and expense reports
- Report to the management regarding accounting/finance matters
- Perform general office administrative duties and any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance is preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Proficient in MS Office and MYOB
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Working Time: 3 days per week, preferably from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or flexible working hours negotiable)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
