Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting duties including preparation of cheques and invoices, payroll calculation, e-banking transactions and handling petty cash
  • Prepare monthly income and expense reports
  • Report to the management regarding accounting/finance matters
  • Perform general office administrative duties and any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance is preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office and MYOB
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Working Time: 3 days per week, preferably from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or flexible working hours negotiable)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
