Responsibilities :

• Responsible for general accounting bookkeeping duties
• Perform daily accounting operations including A/R, bank reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, data entry, preparing vouchers, issuing cheques and debit note etc.
• Reconcile sales data records and bank receipts
• Handle submission of LC documents
• Handle petty cash reimbursement
• Assist in month-end closing
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing records
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements :

• LCCI Higher Level or Diploma in accounting or above,
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferably in retail industry
• MNC experience preferred
• Hands on experience with ERP system (JD Edwards or Oracle preferred)
• Proficiency in using Ms Word and Excel
• Good communication skills, willing to learn, able to work independently and attentive to details
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
