Job Responsibilities: 

In the aspect of IT support 

• Report to Senior Finance Manager, the key role is to perform report writing and data extraction from EPICOR finance system database; generate volume of reports for Finance Department
• Act as the focal point of EPICOR system development, administration, data management and accountable for its performance monitoring, tuning and related trouble-shooting issues
• Manage fixed-scheduled interface task of the in-house order processing system and EPICOR, and back-up/restoration of data whenever necessary
• Maintain hardware and software asset management to Finance Department
• Support complex application development and related activities 

In the aspect of Finance support

• Upload data and assist on data entries for accounts payable & accounts receivable, compile monthly accounting statement, perform bank & inter-company reconciliation and simple analysis etc
• Prepare preliminary reports for further financial functions and decisions
• Perform standard report distribution to relevant parties
• File and maintain accounting records in system server to ensure easy and immediate retrieval
• Perform ad-hoc tasks if required 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT Programming, Accounting or related disciplines
• 2 to 3 years relevant IT & accounting experience
• Knowledge in accounting systems, proficiency in using EPICOR database application will be a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Independent, flexible and pro-active in character
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills in Excel, MS Word and Chinese word processing
