Job Description

The Job

  • Handle daily operation in account receivable and debt collection
  • Closely contact with internal / external customers to follow up debt collection
  • Coordinate with division in resolving payment/ billing disputes
  • Follow up credit limit / order release / cash application or any ad hoc duties

The Person

  • Post secondary, Diploma or above in Accounting / Business or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience in AR/ credit control/ collection/ customer services would be an advantage
  • Initiative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Good command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
