Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Full Set of Accounts and preparing budgeting, cash flow & forecasting activities and costing analysis
• To roll our daily accounting works, such as preparation of general ledger and vouchers
• Work closely with the Client, Logistics and Operation teams
• Responsible for financial statement analysis for management review
• Prepare ad-hoc management report on monthly/quarterly basis as requested by management
• Ensure all financial reports including monthly, quarterly and year-end closing report submitted on time and accuracy
• Liaising with external auditors and bankers
• Participating ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with related disciplines in Accounting or Finance;
• Minimum 3 years solid experience, with 2 years in the capacity of Assistant Accountant
• Knowledge in retailing or trading is essential
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g. Pivot & Vlookup), Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing; knowledge of MYOB is preferred
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Analytical, detail-minded, self-motivated and good team player
• Mature, strong sense of responsibility and leadership
• Occasional travel is required, immediate available is highly preferred
• 5-days work
• Less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk
