Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including filing, data input and bank deposit
• Prepare receipt, payment and journal vouchers, cheques and bank reconciliation
• Verify daily retail shops transaction data, input and processing
• Participate in regular shop level and year end warehouse stock take
• Assist and participate in month end and year end closing
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Form 5 or above, with LCCI Intermediate / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years working experience in finance and accounting
• Retail experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), and experience in ERP system (e.g. SUN/Oracle/SAP/JDE) preferred
• Good in written English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure and overtime
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
