Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end closing process
• Provide daily accounting support, including accounts analysis, monthly reporting and annual external audit
• Handle bank transactions, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Prepare journal vouchers and balance sheet schedules
• Confirm and reconcile inter-company balances in month end
• Provide guidance to subordinate in daily operation
• Participate in stock take
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines (Qualified Accountant is preferable)
• At least 8 years' accounting experience in retail industry is preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and accounting system
• Detail-oriented, strong problem solving skills and good team player 
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
