Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts independently, including daily operations
- Prepare monthly management schedules and book closing journal entries
- Assist in preparation of group consolidated management reports
- Prepare cash flow report
- Co-ordinate with bankers and auditors
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and credit control review
- Perform ad-hoc projects as required
- Assist in ERP System implementation
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline
- Experience in handling full set of accounts
- Minimum 4 years or above in relevant experiences
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge in ERP is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
