Job Description
Our client is a farm business producing organic produce. They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their family.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping function
- Prepare invoices and cheques
- Liaise with external auditors in yearly auditing matters
- Provide documentation supports, prepare correspondence, reports, etc
- Perform administration duties
- Any ad hoc duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience, in construction/engineering industry is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded
- Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office applications
- Immediate availability is preferred
