Our company is growing fast as we open wine bars, shops and restaurants in Europe and Asia. We’re now looking for a Management Control and Accounting Assistant who will work direclty under the responsibility of our Financial Director. This is a key role in a young and growing company with true responsibilities. 

We are looking for a highly motivated profile, willing to work in a young and ambitous company where we need to upgrade our processes every day all along the growth of our company. We need your talent, expertise and your new ideas! 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare monthly KPI's reports, budgets and forecast. 
• Monitor cash flow, payables and receivables. 
• Help to prepare monthly Management Accounts for each company. 
• Help to prepare monthly Consolidated Management Accounts for LQV group. 
• Along with the growth of the company, implement process and suggest solutions for improvement. 
• Ensure accurate and up to date financial data. 

 Others 

• Provide business administrative support 
• Perform other as hoc projects and assignments as assigned (Legal, Tax and Business) 

Your profile

Experiences: No experience required. 

Education: Master's degree. End-of studies internship accepted.

Compulsory : Fluent in English 

Compulsory : Good command of Excel 

Preferred: French speaking
