Appointed by the North American based and world’s top 10 wealth management listed banking group to search for Private Trust Client Service Officer with company secretarial/legal background.

The successful jobholder will be responsible for providing all-round support to the Private Trust Managers in providing company documentation, minutes taking, trust drafting, customer due diligence and ensuring the fulfilment of trust jurisdictions with extensive liaison with legal/tax advisors and internal relationship managers. Exposure to external HNW clients and facilitate private trust/wealth management planning documentation support.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in taxation, company secretary, legal or any related discipline
• At least 2 years’ trust/company secretarial/taxation experience earned from professional firms or banks
• Detailed, hands-on and organized, with good team playing skills
• Fluent communication skills in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proven proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
