Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all monthly financial reports
• Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans
• Manage company financial budgets and project cash flow
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly
• Perform additional assignments, as directed by the Directors.

Requirements:

• A degree in Accountancy (CPA) is essential.
• Ideally worked in the Construction Industry
• Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
• Strong Excel and Quickbooks experience are essential
• 2 to 4 years on Construction Management or General Contracting or Subcontractor industry experience
• Understanding of commercial banking facility and Letter of Credit (L/C) operation
• Ability to interact with Project Managers and Directors
