Ever Sharp Accessories Co., Ltd is a well-established garment accessories manufacturer with own production facilities located in southern China and with office in Kwun Tong is looking for an experienced account staff.

Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounting records and entries; including accounts payable / accounts receivable / general ledgers / account statement and analysis etc;
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales invoice, suppliers' invoices, expenses claim input into Accounting Systems & Operation System;
• Familiar with accounting software;
• Process accruals and journal vouchers;
• Support and prepare monthly sales report for sales analysis;
• Work with auditor for audit;
• Perform ad hoc assignments.

Requirements :

• High Diploma of Accounting related or above with 2 to 3 years working experience
• Responsible, work under pressure, team work player, detail-minded and good communication skills 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good computer knowledge e.g. MS Word, Excel and SAP
• Preference will be given for the candidates with experience in handling shipping documents.
