Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Be actively involved in coordinating the recruitment activities including maintaining recruitment database, CV screening, interview arrangements, progress reports, etc

HR Operations

• Support HR systems implementation 
• In charge of staff on-boarding and off-boarding processes 
• Maintain employee database, leave and attendance records
• Provide data input and update and administrative support to HR Department

Training & Development

• Co-ordinate for staff training and development activities/program
  

We are looking for high-caliber candidate with,

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines.    
• Preferably 1 year’s work experience in human resources, administration or recruitment co-ordinations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Chinese word processing
• A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy an detailed orientation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, preferable with knowledge of Putonghua 
• Immediate available is highly preferable
