Our client is a multinational Hi-Tech company.

They are looking for a dynamic Technical Training Manager to join their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs, design and develop various technical training programs for Hong Kong.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement.
• Collect feedback from staff and prepare analytical reports.
• Deliver various development programs and campaigns to meet with the business needs.
• Assist in other ad hoc HR duties and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder.
• Minimum 5 years technical training experience in sizable companies/training consultancy.
• Relevant experience in designing & delivering various technical corporate training programs.
• Knowledge of IT networking/security preferred.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
