Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma graduate
• 3-4 years solid experience in secretarial and administration support
• Background from sizable organizations, preferably with multicultural environment
• Experience in serving finance or accounting manager is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken & written English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Attention to details, well-organized, resourceful and sense of responsibilities
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform full secretarial and administrative support to senior management
• Responsible for travel arrangement, visa application and flight/hotel booking
• Prepare meeting materials, confidential documents, minutes and monthly reports
• Assist in data generation, company events and staff activities arrangement as requested
